Is there any problem In capping out the coolant outlet and inlet for the heater core?

Consequences: No heat, no defrost. If you drive in a cold or humid area, this is a really bad idea because it is difficult or even impossible to clear the windshield of ice or refreeze on the outside or condensation (fog) on the inside. Otherwise, it doesn't make any difference.
