its really hard to tell due to the size of the picture. it almost looks like a secondary injector's wiring with the connector cut off.

You need two more pics:
1. closeup of the connector itself (yeah, it seems to look a bit like the o2 sensor)
2. Pull the loose wire back to the harness and take a pic then of it

Probably 02. It should have a metal, braided shield surrounding a BLACK center conductor. You could just ohm it out from there back to the ECU to prove it.

or, you could just took at your o2 sensor and see if it has a wire attached

that's probably what it is, but it could be anything from under there, there are a lot of wires under the UIM. find out if it's the o2 sensor first and then take a better picture.
