Thumbs down The "Connect the Dots" From Hell: my TII project

so. i hate car electronics. mostly everything is disconnected on this car and it is such a pain in the *** to figure out what is missing or is not needed. Any chance someone has a list or a diagram or something of connectors. My N/A which was complete still had several plugs that went now where. at all. The emissions are remove and there is no p/s or a/c so there isnt alot to connect to. plus i found a ubolt and a metal plate hold down my diff. sweet. more ghetto! i finally got taillights for it though and i popped those on today. in the rain. again. more wires that go nowhere. and they are factory wires too. damn car. it used to be carbed too. but it will be worth it!

I'm pretty sure the FSM has all the wiring diagrams you'll need: s4 FSM and s5 FSM Hope these help.

Time and patience.

I bought a used, fair condition engine wiring harness for my TII. I stripped the entire harness of all of the unnecessary emissions devices and completely rewrapped it with special non adhesive tape. Prior to this I used the FSM ECU diagram to completely map the harness. I did this at home on my coffee table, maybe 10 hours worth of work. Definitely worth it.

Chassis harnesses are a little different. Always a pain but it helps to print off the FSM pages and have them handy when you are working on stuff.
