Condesation in Plastic bumper light thing?

How do I get the condensation out of my 90 verts bumper clear thing? Sorry I don't know what it is called. It is broken and was loose but before I glued it back in I wanted to get the condensation out? Any clues?

Light heat from a hair dryer might get the moisture out, then seal the light and it probably wont have any more problems.
