compression test question

so i did a compression test on this engine the other day; had never done one on a rotary, didn't have my manual with me. i used the right tester, but there was no coolant or fuel in the engine, so i couldn't warm it up, i put the tester in the leading plug hole instead of the trailing, and it wasn't turning over like it should have due to a stuck pully. also i didn't test it at WOT. what effect would this have on the compression readings? should i even use those readings as an indicator of the condition of the engine?

your test is basically useless. Specially the not being at WOT thing.
