Compression Question
Today I had a buddy of mine come over with a compression tester. I removed the egi fuse to keep the engine from firing then remove the top spark plug and put the gauge on it. It registered 100psi on both of the top ports. Then it registered 85psi on both the bottom ports. I'm not sure if I tested the compression right but i think that was how I was supposed to do it. Does this sound normal or are the low ports too low? Sorry for all the questions guys but there is no-one around here who knows **** about rotaries. So this is my only real source of knowledge. thanks again.

Ya I meant the spark plug holes when I mentioned ports. So if I was just going by the top half it's hitting at 100psi everytime and would be much better than taking the bottom readings of 85. Oh well i'm pretty sure it's the turbo after having everything torn down. That's my next move then after the dust settles I expect it to be up and running.
