No its not a dead battery, i fully charged it, and its keeping its charge. i have the clutch in (not that it needs to be in) Ive tried it in gear and in neutral, nothing works. today at work i click it forward abouit 33 times and then it just decided to work it seems it only does it when the weather is cold, if anyone has any advice or ideas I would greatly appreciate it !

cold start problems
Try turning on your head lights, have someone watch them and try to start the car. If they get dim it could be the starter, it they go out, have the battery tested. If this doesn't work are you sure it's not the switch on your clutch pedal, that's a safety switch so you can't start the car in gear. Hope I have helped.

And I can usualy start the car in neurtral, I dont think that has anything to do with it, but if i put in the clutch it does the same thing somtimes, oh and another thing somtimes i hot start it and it starts up only if i give it gas, and somtimes it wont idle, and when i drive i put in the clutch it dies
and just constantly dies when i put in the clutch or put it in neurtal , anyone know wtf tha tis ?

Starter solenoid. Click, click, click, click, click, click, click varooooom. And then one day click times 100 and no start. Get hammer and get under the car and within reason, whack that starter up the side of the head. CAr starts. Might start for a week. Might never start again until you wap it again.
Or instead of whacking it up the side of the head, put it in neutral, get a piece of elect wire with both ends bare. Crawl under the car and with the key on, touch the small wire to the big wire on the starter. Should rotate. If it does not rotate.....whack it up the side of the head. Or you might try replacing the brushes like someone suggested. Or you might get a used 25 dollar one out of the wreck yard. Or buy a rebuilt one for about 80 bucks. Or park on the top of a hill everywhere you go and roll start. Lotta mights out there. Even could be a bad ground or bad connection b/t the sw and the solenoid. Doubtful.
