Whenever I start my car in the morning or when it's been sitting awhile, it'll start up and idle around 1500 rpm for about 5 sec. and then stall. Also, if you floor the gas pedal real fast it'll bog down almost to the point of stalling and then finally rev up. It'll only do this for the first couple of min. and then it'll be fine Thermowax thingy on the tb is working as well, any ideas anyone?

 

Check the coolant temp sensor. My toyota corolla did the ssame thing. Replace the CTS and all is well.
