cold start
When ever i start my car in the morning it immediately revs to 3K rpm (stays for a while), then drops to 2K and sits there for a while, and then drops to 1,500 rpm where it goes up and down between 1250 and 1550 rpm. I revs up and down and up and down. I know about the accelerated warm up process, but is this the correct procedure? Also, when it try to hold the engine at 1,500 rpm it does the same thing. it fluctuates up and down and wont hold 1500. This is done when the engine is already warm. Is this normal?
