Cold idle after SBC-id install

Ok guys, i installed my SBC-id last week and ever since then my car WILL NOT idle cold. I turns over, revs up to 2.5-3 for about 3 seconds then dies out. I've check all the vacuum hoses and the AFM connection and can't think of what else it might be. It was been cold here for a little bit and it idled fine before the SBC install. Any ideas?

Thanks

Aaron

You really shouldn't even relate this to 2nd Gens anymore. Just because it's in an FC doesn't mean that we can help. You're now dealing with a V8.

Check your fuel, ignition, and timing again. Also, try this in the General Automotive section.

From now on, your FC isn't 100% FC. It's FC from the Firewall back, not including the transmission. If you have a suspension problem, you're best off here. If you have a problem with the engine or the transmissionl you'll probably get better help in the GA section.

I'm not trying to be an ***, just trying to get you the best help this forum can provide.

Wow, now I feel like a dumbshit!

I was wondering why you had recent rotary posts then all of a sudden were mentioning an SBC (which with normal car-guys translates to Small Block Chevy)
