cold air box worth it?

cold air box worth it?

well im tempted to make a cold airbox for my 87' turboII. But im just wondering is it truly worth it and ive been searching for like a hour now and cant find the pic of the one where the guy used roofing flashing to create his...

Yes. If you install a cone filter you need a cold air box.

Well with a cone intake just think what air you are sucking in, all hot engine bay air. I am gonna make my own in a week or two after I paint my engine bay. I'm gonna use sheetmetal and aluminum tape. And a drier hose for a source and prolly a small piece of screen to cover the end of it.
