i just tested my coils and it looked like it wasn't sparking very good so i tested the resistance with an ohm meter and all 3 coils came out reading 0.0 ohm. Does that mean they're bad? I know my book sais they're supposed to be between 0.2 and 1 ohm.

 

Unless your multimeter is broken, I'd say they're toast.

I doubt they are actually all bad though. You must have been testing them incorrectly.
