Coilover kit or lowering springs

I am looking to upgrader my suspension and am woundering if i should get a ground countrol coilover kit or racing beat lowering springs.

I would like to have the option of adjusting my suspension with the coilover kit, but i heard the coilover kit has a ruf ride compared to the racing beat lowering springs.

I thank you for your responds.

The beauty of the coilover kit is that you have an option of changing springs at any time.&nbsp Springs are typically around $100/pair for different rates.&nbsp You can run those springs on the "soft" side, if you're worried about harshness.&nbsp These are really for racing only, and their price reflects that.

If you don't want the coil overs, www.racingbeat.com has a set or springs. front/rear sway bars, and springs for like $400. comes with bushings
