Coil Voltage question.

I was wondering if anyone knows the trigger voltage on Idle for the leading coil pack. If you take off the plastic cover on the leading coil, you will expose the 2 wires that are bolted in. If you connect a volt meter between the tan wire and a ground source, what kind of readings do you get?

The reason that I ask is because I believe I have a bad coil as it doesn't seem to be sparking. The trigger voltages that I see are ~ inbetween .3 to .6 volts. I have no clue what the trigger voltage should be. But I want to rule this out before doing anything.

Thanks in advance.
