Which coil is leading?

Happy thanksgiving all! I just need to know which coil pack is leading and which one is trailing. Stock setup, one close to the bumper, one close to the cabin, which one is which?

The top spark plugs are trailing, so follow the wires to the coil and you've got your answer.

What a weird thing to be worn... It's not in a place that really sees any abuse. Were they out of the car for an extended period of time?

They should not be worn.
They are embossed on the black plastic covers right under the coil towers.
Unless these covers were removed by some dipshit, they are all marked L1 / L2 / T1 / T2.

they were just covered in dust and grease, my bay is pretty dirty! But I found them, everything is hooked up alright. Just trying to diagnose my rough running seven!
