Codes #3 and #30

***MADE A TYPO IN TITLE***
The car has been acting funny so I pulled codes today. S5 'Vert with a mild streetport, RB Header, KN Cone Filter, and removed emissions as "mods".

Code #33 is Port Air Bypass Solenoid Open or Short circuit
Code #30 is Split Air Bypass Solenoid Open or Short Circuit.

While driving the car will just cut out and there will be no power...almost like limp mode and I have to turn it off and then turn it on to run normal again. It may drive 50 miles fine and then it may do this 10 times within two miles.

So....what am I looking to test to fix this issue? Thank you for your help.

One more note...the ECU that came stock with my car is a N533 (89 Federal Vert). That ECU was taken out by a bad MOP a couple of years ago and a buddy had an N350 lying around (89 California Coupe). Would it being a California ECU have any effect on emissions or cause issues as opposed to running a Federal ECU such as the N353 or N351?

Thank you!

"Code #33 is Port Air Bypass Solenoid Open or Short circuit
Code #30 is Split Air Bypass Solenoid Open or Short Circuit."

If you removed those components as part of the emissions removal thats why you're getting those codes.
