Unhappy code error readings... need advice!!!!

if i did it right, my 90 vert is giving me two error codes. 11 & 12. both broken wire/short circuits, one for the intake air thermosensor & the other for throttle sensor (full range), according to 1300cc.com's error code lists.

anyone have any ideas for fixing these things, is it doable at home in my garage, or do i have to take this to a mechanic for a professional fix?

My car threw up thermo sensor(engine) about two weeks ago, What I did was disconnect the wire, clean up the connection with some steel wole and problem solved.

As for tps trying spraying with contact cleaner, if that doesn't work.. time to replace it.

good ideas, i'll give them a try. how much can a new tps cost me? they pretty pricy or fairly inexpensive?

My to do list on this car is starting to get pretty big. Got these two issues to clear up, 5/6 ports not working, and new shift boots &seals. Havent had the car that long, do these things always take a ton of work and cash to keep them going? Also need a new stereo, new exhaust system, and new top.
