code 13 and 17

i posted a few days ago that my check engine light was on and i looked up the codes i was getting. Code 13 isa pressure sensor in the intake manifold and a 17 is the feedback system. Does the code 17 mean i need a new O2 sensor? What should i look at for the 13?

btw...its an 89 n/a. Most of the stuff i found during searches were about the turbo boost controllers

feedback system = the stuff it needs to go into closed loop, the 02 being the primary one

pressure sensor, is on the passenger side shock tower, its a little black box and it should have a n350-18-811 on it. its either bad/disconnected

OR its possible that theres a big vacuum leak or something that is throwing both of these off, unlikely though
