Clutch woes...

Well, I have a new clutch, but my master cylinder was changed out a couple years ago. It looks like it's going again. If I hold my foot on the pedal in neutral sometimes, it will slowly drop to the floor. It becomes a pain because my clutch's grab point drops to the floor, causing the car to engage faster than I think it will. Is this really the master cylinder or will a simple clutch bleeding do the trick? It seems to have gotten worse over the past week or two. Fluid in the resovoir is full.
