Exclamation Clutch/tran

so whats a good clutch to go with?? and do i have to pull the engine on a 86 n/a or does the transmisson drop out??

Back door bandit,

Exedy and ACT are two proven brands. You have to pull the driveshaft and transmission out. The engine stays in place. Remember to change your throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and pilot bearing seal. With the tranny out, it might be a good idea to replace the input and output shaft seals as well. And since your tranny is on the floor you might as well put in a TII tranny. And with a TII tranny you need a TII diff. With a TII diff you need TII axels. Good time to upgrade to 5 lug. I could keep going...

VERY slippery slope you got there I just replaced my clutch/pressure plate with stock parts, also an 86. Not a power maker so stock will do for me but thats just my .02
