Vibration at 2K rpm up - already searched

Whole car vibrates fast and really bad when reving 2K rpm up and decelerating (while stationary and clutch/trans engaged). Searched but most of the things I've read I recently changed and have put some miles on w/o problems til now. Heres what Ive done so I dont think its these:

Driveshaft-put ~1000 miles w/o proplems
Trans mount & engine mounts with about 5K miles on them
Fan clutch a couple years ago.

Anything Im missing????

Hope not. Trans was rebuilt by Mazda 30K miles ago. Not much confidence it them though. They said I wouldnt make it home because I had '0' compression in each rotor. That was 3 yrs ago.
