clutch sticking

My pedal will work normal untill I come to a full stop and then depress the clutch pedal then try to move in first gear the clutch will grab right off the floor and then wont spring back up. If I pump the clutch in neutral it will work just fine but after the second or third attempt to start from a stand still it will stick to the floor again. I have bled the system and it used to spit out a solid stream of fluid now its like spraying out and spladders. I do have a faulty hose but I have known about this hose for a while now and unless it broke more I dont think thats the cause of this problem but still a problem. I have looked through other posts but they just dont seem to have the exact same problem. well if you have expirenced this or have an idea let me know.
