Clutch in/ start Q
In an FC, does the clutch have to be pushed in to start it (Neutral safety switch style)?
I always thought 'Yes', but tonight I wasn't paying attention and it fired right up without pushing the clutch in (like my old beater '87 Civic, which was normal.)
Anyone?

I think I'm addicted
do u have remote start on yours? remote starts usually disable that =)
well basically last time my starter died, i thought that was the problem... turns out that alot of people just jumper the connector so it fools the car into thinking clutch was depressed...
they say it was cheaper than getting another one.... thought it was unnecessary....
so maybe yours is like that? =)

Great, I remembered my '88 needed it pushed in, and I always did it to my '86 out of habit. It suprised me when it started without, and I got worried. Thanks!
