Clutch/Shifting Problems

So a couple weeks ago my FC made a scraping noise when the clutch pedal was pushed in. It got babied back to my house and was fine. Drove it the next day no problems. Yesterday; I pull it into the driveway, clutch pedal hits the floor can't shift. Get it towed to the dealership and the pedal is working (so I'm told slave cylinder is fine) but it can't shift. Thoughts on what it could be?

I was thinking clutch fork or throw out bearing?

Your pilot bearing gave up.

The symptoms would be, you can shift when the car is off but cannot shift when the car is running. Your scraping noises when the clutch is pushed in also match the pilot bearing.
