90 gxl fuel pump problems

90 gxl fuel pump problems
i have a 90 gxl non turbo, i cant get the fuel pump to prime with the key in the on position or when the car is cranking. the pump only turns on for a few secs when you stop cranking and your in the on position, i tried to jumper the relay, but no luck. any help would be great.
