clutch problems, please help.

ok guys, ive got clutch problems. its really really starting to get aggrivating. heres the deal.

i took out my motor to rebuild it, while it was out. i got a ACT extreme pressure plate and full faced disk. no puck clutch for me. anyways, i cant do anything to get it to disengage right, since the rebuild its damn near impossible to go into gear after 4k rpm. i have to let the revs come down to be able to actually get it to go into gear. so i figured the stock master/slave cylinders were old and worn out, so i replaced them with new units. and got a stainless braided clutch line. to no avail, things got better, but i still have major trouble getting the car into gear. espically reverse, it will ALWAYS grind. ive bled it i cant bleed anymore.

summary: new clutch, new master/slave cyl, new release bearing.
problem: clutch dosnt disengage properly when pedal is pushed to the floor.

thanks guys,
Daniel

any tips or tricks on the situation is GREATLY appreciated.

Well it acts as though the pressure plate isn't releasing fully and not allowing the disc to stop turning. Hopefully you replaced the pilot bearing. If pilot bearing not good, it will keep the main drive spinning, and you'll have a problem shifting. If it was replaced, check pedal freeplay. There should only be a minimum amount. If everything ok, fork could be cracked, bending, although I doubt it.
