Im hearing this loud clicking and clincking sound comming from under my car. I can feel it in the shift ****, and when i shift from and of the first 3 gears, it makes a pretty bad whinning sound. Im thinkin time to replace my clutch, but it could be worse. Any ideas guys? Just wanted to hear from the "pros" before i go to replacin things.

 

Sounds more like a transmission problem than clutch. The whinning are probably your synchrose. but if it were a clutch problem it would be the same in all gears

 

So did anybody else want to reply to this thread? Ive also heard it could be my bearings. So im in a mix of answers right now. If any body can help me please post something. and if so, what all i need to buy
