TX Clutch and flywheel confusion

Hey, I am sooo confused and hope my project hasn't hit a wall. I supposedly bought an aluminum flywheel that came off an 85 13b and i was told it was the 225mm flywheel. Well today I went to get a clutch and it didn't line up because the flywheel was actually a 215mm. I am wondering if I can just get a 215mm clutch kit and still use my 1988 s4 transmission. The flywheel bolts up to the counterweight on my s4 motor, but I don't know if the starter will spin the flywheel once is all in the car since its 215mm and not 225m. Please some help me out if you know.

If your new flywheel is stepped, then its an n/a flywheel. This can only be used with an N/A trans/starter.

If your new flywheel is not stepped then its a turbo flywheel. This can only be used with a turbo trans/starter.

its not about the turbo flywheel or not. Everything is from an NA. just want to know if the earlier 1st generation 215mm flywheel and clutch assembly work inside the s4 Transmission. It bolts up fine to the motor but will the starter make contact on the flywheel?
