Clutch disc or full kit?

I was thinking of getting the Exedy Stage 1 clutch kit, but I also saw just the disc for sale. Do I need to whole kit or will the disc suffice? I'm guessing my clutch is stock (haven't checked but 90% sure).

buy the kit... depending on age of the clutch the pressure plate could be weak/worn same with the bearings...

Its better to do it all while u are in there then to wish u would have tare it apart to spend even more money and time to do the job again.

You a lot better off getting the kit with a new PP. You should throw a flywheel in their while your at it.

Do the full kit if you don't know what exaclty's in there right now. BTW, the Exedy stage 1 is a good buy... my car had that put in right before I bought it.

you can mix and match most aftermarket clutch components as well, though it's not particularly recommended.
