Clutch + Cold=???

Clutch + Cold=???
Where i live it is about minus 25. Damn cold my clutch just started slipping as the temperature dropped off to that. It slips for about 10 minutes then when every thing is warmed up it no longer slips?? What does this mean? time for a new clutch or, wait for some warmer weather?
