clutch

I got a new 1991 NA FC and it`s gonna need a new clutch soon.

So I`m wondering if I should go with a stock clutch, or something aftermarket. I would like something that performs a little better than stock but if stocks best I`ll just go with stock. And if an aftermarket clutch works better than which one should I go with. and aftermarket or stock where would be the best place to buy one?

i like ACT street clutches. be wary of the centerforce clutches, from what ive been reading people who dont break them in properly, loose their friction plate quite quickly, were talking like 10K or less. thats all i know really.

Yea I plan to put some mods on it and take it to the track once I get a handle of the car

stock is cool for daily driving, but if you ever feel like getting on it a bit, the OEM goes to butter like a fat kid on a cupcake, i would go with a step up, not a puck clutch or anything, just something more durable that you can get on a bit without having worry if its going to start slipping, IMO
