Cluster not staying powered

My battery went bad day before yesterday while driving and my car was losing power fast. Lights were dim and my idle was kinda boggy and my radio kept cutting out.

Just before the battery went my cluster gauges went out and wernt powering up with everything else.
I replaced the fuse and it just popped over and over. Are there any other fuses that work in relation to the cluster fuse?

I wanna eliminate the obvious before I take my cluster out when all it was was a connection issue or something like that.

If youre popping fuses theres a reason. Does it only do it when you turn certain things on? Or just all the time?

All the time. at first I thought it was only when the door was open but it's all the time. It'll stay one for half a second and pop.

The list for the S5 is by and large the very same as S4's. Meter fuse powers the Black/Yellow wire at all of the items in the list.
