I have some oil injectors on another engine that seem bad. When I blow through them, it feels like something is in there restricting the air. Out of the four, only one flows nicely. Is there a way to clean these out or should I look for some good ones somewhere??

From what I've concluded, they're basically just a fancy checkvalve, I shot some carbcleaner through mine until they flowed evenly, and I'm pretty sure it hasn't done anything bad to it!
I confirmed that 3 of my 4 Oil Injectors were no good after swapping out my Metering Oiling Lines. I had soaked them In Castrol's Super Clean overnight and still were deemed useless as per FSM. From their I started premixing. Something I want to do for a while. The failure of the OI's gave me a reason to do so and I've been happier ever since knowing about this failure.
Have you considered premixing?

I dismantled one once with dremel motor. The checkvalve is a little red piece of rubber that sort of looks like a mushroom, stem and all. The stem rides in the nipple that goes toward the air hose.
If your car has ever experienced a fire, then the chances are your oil injectors did not survive internally.
Which brought up a thought this morning. If you have a n/a, you can pull the large vac/air hose off the front of the throttle body (maybe just series four, never seen a series five) and suck on that line. If you can pull a vacuum, then they are all ok. If you can blow into the line and pass air through it, then one or more are ok . Just a thought.

You may also want to consider getting a spout to connect to your premeasuered bottles of 2 stroke Oil. I find, especially when dark, that I tend to overfill and cause a minor spill due to the flapper door allowing the oil to seep through It's opening.
