I searched the posts on the subject and verified that my "room" fuse is OK. The clock resetting is the only thing in the interior that doesn't work perfectly. The only other clue is that when I pull the room fuse altogether the warning beeper for the headlights being left on is much stronger. With the fuse in the warning buzzer sounds weak like it's about to go bad. Any ideas? The clock resets everytime the car is turned off and randomly as you drive.

 

it sounds to me like you have a short somewhere around the clock or on a wire leading to it. check the area for some exposed wire that could be touching metal or another wire.
