Question Cleaning up harness - Can I delete these plugs? What do they do?

Just doing some harness clean-up on my S4 TII in prep for my new turbo set-up an the addition of my Apexi Power FC with Banzai Adapter harness.

Wanted to know what these two plugs do and whether or not I can clip them, shrink wrap the wires, and tuck them into the harness for additional cleanliness. They weren't plugged into anything prior to the car running and kinda just sat there. Any ideas?

the first pic is the AAS connector, its really handy, as its a switched 12V power and a ground in a connector thats easy to find, works great for E fans and such, as its a 30A circuit, and you're not using it.

the second is the fuel pump test connector, which you need to keep
