cleaning injectors

hi

i am in the middle of an engine swap and want to clean all my injectors. i have them soaking in fi cleaner, but i figure i need to open them for it to do any good. can i just cut one of my spare harnesses and connect the wires to a battery? which one is positive? should it be 12v or less? help!

Thanks,

Pat

Don't waste your time with home cleaning methods. They don't work nearly as well as a professional service. If you can't find someone local, search for one of the many threads on injector cleaning.
