Cleaning coolant lines going into turbo..

Cleaning coolant lines going into turbo..
So i bought an S4 turbo/manifold and lines... the coolant lines seem to be pretty rusty and sick, and i imagine there is some gunk inside the turbo as welll.. how would you suggest cleaning this.. should i just flush it all out with water?
