Clean light lenses?

After sixteen years or so, my S4 has a bad lighting problem. It's not because of bulbs or power, but because all of the clear lenses in the interior are yellowed from time and cigarette smoke of the previous owner. Are there replacements of these, or some kind of way to clean them?

I'd wax them with Carnuba Wax or the like (Mother's). I did that on my s/5 taililghts. After I did this my tailights were phenomenaly brighter and clear. Turned out great. I did this on my s/4 parking lights aswell with equally great results.
