cigarette lighter doesn't work

cigarette lighter doesn't work

I just replaced all my fuses and the cigarette lighter still doesn't work.
I tried using my TPS adjusting LEDs at the back of the cigarette lighter, and it seems that there's no power there.
Should I just take power from the stereo?
