Well I can't help ya then, must be a turbo specific wire, which is strange...
The only black connector my car has anywhere near there is the small roundish shaped one coming off the trailing coil connected to a yellow/blue wire.. obviously not the same one.

Any chance of getting a picture of this wire/connector?

ohh sorry i thought you were serious HAILERS, yeah my car not starting is really pissing me off, not to count the load of other problems imhaving... yeah i will try to get a picture tomorrow but i wont promise any good angles or quality due to the location of the wire...its down by the spark plugs and fuel filter and its black so i dont know how well you would be able to see it

As suggested earlier, check the ECU's thermosensor on the back of the water pump housing. The instructions are in the FSM. If the ECU doesn't realise the engine's stone cold, it will be very difficult to start.
Just a reminder, since you seem to be heading off on a path that is unlikely to have anything to do with your problem

Check it's resistance values against the data in the FSM (page 4B-46).

Remove the alternator, drain the coolant, unscrew the sensor, screw in the replacement sensor, refill the coolant (don't forget to bleed the air out), replace the alternator and your're done.
