Check valve next to oil filter?

Deleted my rats nest for Haltech standalone. Little confused as to where the vacuum lines for this should go. One side gets vacuum from manifold and other is an air bleed?

PCV valve. It's best to route it like factory or you will get lung mustard in the oil filler neck.
