I just did my emissions removal and installed a 3 inch catless exhaust. In the top of 3rd and 4th the check engine light flashes a few times for a split second. I checked for codes and got none, any ideas. By the way it's an s5 T2.

 

I was thinking it might have something to do with the boost control solenoid not being able to function. The codes that I get are for emissions and the boost control solenoid. All my grounds are clean and all the connections are good. If anyone has had this problem before please feel free to help.
