Check engine light comes on whenever I put the heat or AC on?

So I get in my car this morning and turn on the defroster because there is some condensation on my windshield. Well, the minute I turn it on, my idle jumps up, so the BAC is working, and then my CEL comes on. WTF? So I turned the defroster off, and the CEL went off. Turned it back on, CEL comes on. What related to the Heat/AC controls could cause the CEL to come on?

Here are the codes I pulled, some I know the reasons for.

1 - Trailing coil: Bad starter cranking the car too slow and sometimes it would fire but the ECU thought other wise and cut the trailing coil

2 - CAS: Same as above Im assuming

5 - Knock sensor: No clue, where is it located, and what could be the problem

13 - Pressure sensor: How can I test it.

How do any of these relate to my AC/Heat?

Well, I just reset the ECU then started my car up. Turned on the heat again and the CEL came on. So I turned it off and checked the codes again, all that was there was a number 13 for the pressure sensor. Weird.
