Check engine light comes on...
Well we got thecar back together after changin the clutch. I tired starting it but ot wouldnt turn over, so we changed the plugs and sprayed a little started fluid and it fired. It seemed rather rough sounding, and we relized we had not tightened one of the exhuast manifold bolts all the way. Well I had to get to work ASAP so I figured it be cool till the next day. Well i was driving home and all of a sudden the check engine light pops on then the RPM drops to ~100 or so and it starts back firing like mad but wont die. So i pulled over and checked if anyhtign was smoking or not, but nothing... So I started up again and it was running fine beside the leaking eaxhust. When i was tryign to get home it did it once more. Well this morning i tighten the bolt and started it up. sounds alot beter but still on the back rotor near the exhuats manifold it sond sliek there is air leaking somewhere. Would this cause the check engine light to come on??? Sry for the long post just confused as hell. changing a clutch is such a bitch... :P

Well i checked for a code and i got code.....
34 Solenoid valve -idle speed control (BAC)
Im really confused by this because the BAC is off the car and has been since ive owned it. Well after that I pulled a plug from each rotor to check from compresson. LOL got 3 equal WHOMPS on one, and the other was a WHOMP, WHOMP, crap =P Time for a rebuild now.. Real pisser!
