I recently baught a 90' RX-7 and when I drive on the highway or at highway speeds 100kph+ the engine check light flashes once every ~8seconds but all the gauges and levels are normal, newer engine, mint condition car, im wondering wtf is going on, is that just one of mazdas bad saudering jobs or is there something going on?

 

That might be a code! from the ECU it flashes making a code that can be found on the internet corrosponding to a problem!!

Try searching for "codes" or somethin cause i can't remember where to find them

Does the flashing have any correspondance with you pushing the gas pedal down? I know mine can be funny like that.
