Changing water pump?

Here I guess I'll just start a new topic. Any tips for changing the water pump? In the process of it right now. How long should this take? Want it done in an hour. Thanks.

water pump

Its not too hard, takes a little over an hour. the fan is a little aggrevating to remove and you must be sure to clean all the old gasket material from the engine. Also this job is very messy. I drained my coolant but still had a significant amount that drained out upon removal of the pump itself. Really made a mess on my shop floor so be prepared with paper towels or something.

I still have my car apart...now how do I get the pullet back on the water pump? It hits the pulley to the right and a lil below it. I just can't get it on. Please help.
