Changing Stock BOV on Stock Intercooler
I am a little confused how to do this as I think the stock BOV is plastic and not metel, anyone done a change and has pics I would be very appreciative!

Just a heads up - the Greddy RS is discontinued but the RZ (the replacement) uses the same flange. I don't know what the difference is between the two but they're used in the same applications.

BOV is more about personal preferences on the sound. I prefer the RS over the RZ.
But anywho, you really don't need a custom intake piping and flange and blabla. The stock hose form the intake to the original BOV is possible to get over a 25mm BOV nipple with some oil, heat and swearing.
The other end, if you are running recirc, is harder. I got a 25mm pipe and got it shrinked in a tube shrinker down to 20mm, so it fits into the pre-turbo intake bolt on. Haven't tried it yet.
