Bad idle after running hard.

So when I drive the car hard or just redline it, the idle seems to just go bad around 0-1k rpm. Sometimes it will even die out. I dont know what to do or were to start to look. Is there any suggestions?

Check the operation of your dashpot. It may just be that after snapping the throttle shut, it's closing too quickly.
