Does anyone have any experience doing this? I've heard you have to measure how tight the pinion nut is on before you take it off and some other stuff. How easy is it to pop the axle shafts out out of the case and change the seal? Any tips?

 

mark the nut before you take loosen it then when you done line it up where the mark is it would be the same

Nope, but ill be changing my pinion and trans output seal tommorow, i'll pm you and let you know how it goes if you want

 

Hehe, I already did it, went pretty smooth, getting the pinion seal off was a little tricky. Thx tho
