MN changing instrument cluster

Okay, I'm sorry, my Search-Fu is not that good.
But I would like to change my Turbo II cluster to an N/A cluster since we all know the boost gauge is useless. But, from my understanding from some similar threads that new lines need to be run and the battery stuff is not just "there".

But then if thats do able then I would also like to install these:
Red Glow 86 88 Mazda RX7 RX 7 Non Turbo Glow Gauge Face Overlay FC3S JDM New | eBay

Is installation fairly simple or does it require soldering?

Finally what do I need to be careful about when swapping them?

I swapped my S5 TII to NA gauges, it was was plug and play.

I did keep my TII speedometer though which just unbolted, to keep my mileage right.

Install will require:
-Remove and disassemble the instrument cluster
-Remove needles and gauge faces
-Install new faces, replace needles
-Drill hole(s) so new face wiring can exit the cluster housing
-Wire new faces and the controller into car harness
-Realize that it doesn't look very good because the FC does not have lighted needles and the front wash lighting clashes with the new faces
-Revert to stock

You forgot breaking all of the fragile plastic in the dash and shroud.

Well then thats certainly good to know, and voltmeter works just fine then? So it shouldn't be any different for the S4. Also I heard some people messing up the speedo cable, I have only ever swapped around electronic gauges so is there anything I should be particularly careful of?

yeah, the voltmeter just works off the 12V that the cluster is already getting...

just don't break the plastic pieces you're taking off and you're good to go.
